The details underlying DUmmie Beachnutt's gotcha-list need an exorcist. Bannon's conviction was for not testifying before Pelosiroo's 1/6 shamvestigation. The pending trial is an Alvin Bragg case postponed so it can be heard by Judge Merchan.

I had to re-read the list to fully grasp how stupid some of the points were. For example, pointing out that Trump was "First president to be banned from social media." Well, no shit. Most US presidents didn't live in the age of social media.
