Man, Skins's island is s-o-o-o-o-o-o-o boring today.

There's a Great Discombobulation coming for the primitives, and although it's really boring right now, it's too early for such an event, so one has to be patient, watching and waiting, and let all good things happen in their own time.

I was so bored this morning while wandering around Skins's island--even searches involving "toilet paper" were pretty boring--I punched in "franksolich" to see if I've ever been noticed by the primitives.

Nearly all of the primitive comments about franksolich were made by Doug's ex-wife.

But the first entry, from January 2007:

F*ck MANDATORY HDTV!
   
So my 12 year old 32" Toshiba television crapped out last week. We were watching a DVD and *poof* the screen when black with the little pin-dot white light. Sound was still there, but no pic. When you press the on/off button, it makes the click and hum sounds as if it is turning on, but black. It seemed to me that, with mandatory HDTV coming in 2009, and the cost of CRT televisions these days, it wouldn't makes sense to try to lug this beast to a TV repair shop. Time to bite the bullet and get a plasma. We looked in the Sunday flyers and finally sai blahblahblahblah

Yeah, I think it was a classic case of projection; remember Pedro Picasso's favorite denigrating term for people Pedro Picasso doesn't like, which is about as woman-hating as one can get.

Pedro Picasso has always been a source of endless fascination to me, because we're so much alike.

We're both about the same age, from the same socio-economic background, with good college educations, younger sons in a family, and both suffered serious personal losses when teenaged.

It's uncanny; our parents were professional people, but we ended up in the "arts," rather than anything practical.

It's just weird.

Why it's fascinating is I can't figure out why Pedro Picasso ended up such a loser, and I didn't.

I've noted this type of behavior before among the primitives.  If they have a desire to do a one-up or be critical of another, they'll bury it in a thread that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic.  It's a way they can have "The Last Word" with minimum fear of getting caught at doing it (this one took you 18 months to find), and in his fragile egg-shell mind(lessness), that means he "won."  Odd creatures, these primitives.

Well, one of the most obvious characteristics of Pedro Picasso is that he has the attitude and manners of a really spoiled rotten little girl.  I suspect I'm not the only one who's noticed that.
