If Jerry Sandusky has any conscience at all, not only should he have remorse for what he did, but that his example led his own child down the same path. People just don't take into account how their own immorality, and the example they provide by living in a way they shouldn't, will have an effect on their kids. He may think he hid his behavior for years, but his kid saw him and his example, and now here he is. And so more lives have been destroyed.
