Well, Pedro Picasso hadn't started work yet, stuffing those envelopes for political causes; maybe the short little middle-aged woman who pushes a cart full of cardboard trays of the inserts hadn't been to his table yet.

Another false "qualification" McSame is blabbering on the stump:

I just saw his little presser yesterday wherein he says Obama has no energy plan, but he does...because "I served on the first nuclear powered aircraft carrier, so I know nuclear power is safe."

Huh? How does one relate to the other. So, you served on the carrier, and you didn't die, therefore the land-based nuclear power-plant industry is safe, and nuclear power is safe. Don't bother addressing ANY point the "other side" makes, ie, waste storage, accidents, costs, just wave your magin patriotism/vet wand and *POOF* you're an expert on nuclear power. This man is a certifiable nut job.

1. Did you catch KO last night, explaining the nuke plant where McGrouchy held his photo op yesterday? The history of that area is hardly safe: I'd love for someone to put up his words against Olbermann's.

2. What a bunch of crapola

Aviators on nuke carriers don't get anywhere near the reactor compartment, nor are they trained up or given any info at all about the reactor propulsion system. McSame is pulling bullshit out of his hat.

3. I got sprayed with a firehose at a protest once, so I'm a political scientist.

4. What does a 5 plane crasher know about safe?

And as for McCain's argument, wouldn't Obama also know nuclear is safe just from observing that McCain didn't die?

Oh my.

I live close to Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant, and I am assured the nuclear waste is perfectly safe.  They don't even lock the nuclear waste storage.  Anybody going in thier would be dead in minutes.

On the other hand, scientists have discovered a species of bacteria that eats the stuff and puts off a non radioactive byproduct.

As they probably sprayed you due to the smell, "dirty hippie" may be more appropriate than "political scientist".
