The disturbing thoughts of a Trumper

I may have been mostly at fault here, but I was tired of listening to my coworker rant on and on about illegal immigrants and how millions are flooding over the border. So instead of removing myself from the situation, I decided to start poking at him to try to understand this guy's thought process. Or lack thereof.

Me: "Do you know how expensive it'll be to round up all the illegal immigrants you're talking about? Oh, hey, you know, bullets are cheap."

Him: *just stares for a moment before becoming more enthusastic* "Yeah, yeah they are!"

Me: "So are you going to volunteer for the firing squad or the mass grave detail?"

Him: "Uh. I guess."

Me: "Do you think maybe invading Mexico will stop it?"

Him: "Yeah! We should carpet bomb Mexico, that'll choke it off!"

By the end of it I got him wound up enough to agree that invading and occupying Mexico was a good idea, drop nukes on Mexico City, and build another wall along Mexico's southern border with Guatemala.

Yeah, I admit that was fun for all of maybe ten minutes, because the ugly reality this is the actual thought process of not just this guy but possibly millions of other Americans. And that is ****ing terrifying.

I'm considering reporting this guy to management, but he'd know instantly who ratted him out. I'll sit on it for a few weeks, I think.

I thought we were going to round up Mexican women and their children and force the mothers to choose which of their children could stay and which ones would be deported.

Yep. That was my thought at the, "Bullets are cheap," stage of the :bouncy: . "cagefreesoylentgreen" was played, and was clueless to the very end. A fly on the coworker's cubicle wall or workbench would've heard the coworker say to his/her buddies, "You're not gonna believe this one!"

Too bad we couldn't email the coworker the link to this DU thread so (s)he could see how many more Libs/Progs bought his/her troll.

3. I can't believe people have converstations

like this at work. Not doubting you cagefree, but just that a coworker would rant on about illegal immigrants...I would think a person would get fired for that alone, or at least spoken to. Maybe because I've always worked for Very Large Corporations (TM) and that sort of thing isn't tolerated?

The Hatch Act is supposed to be enforced at my job, but some hotheads forget and mouth off anyway, like this guy did[/b]. People have been suspended and fired for less.

I will say my immediate superior is useless because he's made it clear that as a black man, he'll make excuses for and even justify white supremacist rhetoric (he thinks Bannon is the best thing ever). So I'll be going a level above him when or if I decide to report this.

The Hatch Act of 1939, officially An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law whose main provision prohibits employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level officials of that branch,[1] from engaging in some forms of political activity. The law was named for Senator Carl Hatch of New Mexico. It was most recently amended in 2012.

Is having a simple discussion considered 'political activity'? I would not think so, particularly considering the first amendment and all.

How about trying to get one of your co-workers in the executive branch fired for disagreeing with you politically?

That sure seems to qualify.

The co-worker may be as big a dope as the DUmmie claims, or he may be a lot smarter than the DUmmie thinks, but either way, it was the DUmmie putting forth all the murderous and warlike ideas and the co-worker just apparently agreeing with him.  Even if the guy's a complete tool, I'm pretty sure he's smart enough to tell the management that part and help the DUmmie walldude himself.

OK, pretend for a moment that this happened exactly as described. How is the Hatch Act, which prohibits Federal employees from using their position or resources for political campaigning, applicable to a situation with no election at stake?

I think the DU-member is spouting blustery foolishness, but am I incorrect? Is the Hatch Act in play some how?

No.  The Hatch Act prohibits certain specific partisan political activity on government time, it does not affect simple consensual discussions or arguments, or even discussing how good or bad the current Administration officials are.  It mainly prohibits use of government time, materials, or official position/status from being used to further a political candidate or party during a campaign.  After the election, any argument about whether Trump should or  should not be President is more or less beyond the scope of the law.  It also only applies directly to the Federal government, so this means the DUmmie is trolling a fellow US civil service employee and ought to be disciplined himself for instigating problems.

No cost at all - just enforce the laws on the books, require citizenship checks for welfare and fine employers $10,000 per person per act for employing illegals.  They will self-deport.

The next move is to pass a law word for word like Mexico's immigration law that says "persons who are no citizens who interfere in our politics are subject to immediate deportation."

Obviously, it's not. The DUmbasses heard dingy harry say it and it sounds cool so they keep repeating it.
99.9% of them never heard of it before a few months ago, and 100% of those STILL don't understand it.

65. So, right after election night, my friend was in a local store

and observed a conversation between the store owner and a customer. They were discussing the result of the election and the customer stated loudly that he wanted to be the Leader of the brown shirts. The store owner didn't have a clue what the guy was talking about, but then the guy lifts his shirt and shows his concealed weapon. My friend didn't say a word and left the store.

I dunno, but I'm pretty sure the (D)Ummie just admitted to being a less than high level executive branch employee, who openly admitted to targeting a fellow employee for harassment at a minimum, for holding a differing political belief.

There is frequent discussion of what a swamp 'Washington' is, but it is always a discussion of the noteworthies. The clintons and pelosis and the schumers. The swamp has a whole lot of backwater, occupied by ideologically functioning assclowns like this (D)Ummie. The minute he played the hatch act card, you, me, all of us...We all knew the first thing to look for: To see if the (D)Ummie was doing/attempting to do what he was accusing others of. And sure enough...

The cost of rounding up and deporting 85% (can't get them all) would be paid back within a year in savings in K-12 school costs. If you add in SSI, WIC, EBT,... all programs they are supposedly not supposed to get but do, payback in 6 months.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Normally your assessment would be quite correct, but since this particular black man is a Trump supporter - and probably a supervisor/manager due to merit, not Affirmative Action - he's a Race Traitor.

'Uncle Tom' is old-school, on a par with 'Fink.'  'Oreo' is a little more up-to-date, but I'm sure there's some more recent slang.
