Is Donald Trump above the law of this country?

He makes billions of dollars and doesn't have to pay any federal income taxes.

He sexually assaults women on a regular basis.

He refuses to pay people he has contracted to do work for him and then takes them to court if they complain.

He badmouths our country and probably is doing business with Vladimir Putin and his bankers?

He runs a charitable foundation as his own personal slush fund.

He pays off different state attorney-generals to keep suits out of court in their states.

He slanders people on a daily basis.

He lies to get credit to build his hotels.

And the list goes on and on. And there is no price he has to pay.

We have to assume that he is above the law.

If kentuck was not known to be perhaps the stupidest of the stupid one would think it was a mole poking the hive.

Kentuck, doesn't most of the things on that list seem just vaguely familiar?  Carl's right, that would have been a fun mole post.

Ummmm, no. The leaked returns show that Trump was complying with Federal and state tax laws. Don't like those laws, kt? Blame the Ds who controlled Congress most of the latter 2/3 of the 20th Century, kt!

He sexually assaults women on a regular basis.

Really? Name names! Produce the evidence! And this time be sure the accusers don't place the groping on a model of plane the airline never owned or at a concert that didn't happen.

He runs a charitable foundation as his own personal slush fund.

Got records of the Trump Foundation's disbursements to prove this claim? Or did you get it confused with the Clinton Foundation?

All in all, kt's rant is so full of unconscious irony that the irony flows, not drips, from it.

17. At the end of the day, lets face it, Comey was in a un-tenable position.......

What ever he did with the new information related to Clintons E-Mails he had to do something, And he was gonna lose either way. Seriously, At first I was thinking when Clinton gets in office Comey will be black balled from any law enforcement position anywhere. Then again, The Trump camp would be hollering rigged election from the rafters if this information came out after the election. I just don't know what the right move for Comey would of been? IMHO

18. He did not stand up well before the questioning during the last inquisition by Congress.

After he said there was not enough evidence to indict Hillary Clinton, he was forced by the Republicans to say things that were not true, in order to try and place more blame on Hillary Clinton so they would have an excuse to keep investigating. He was weak then and he is even weaker now.

The Rs, demonstrating unusual persistence and skill, forced Comey to admit 3 things:

Hillary had violated the law, massively;

Hillary knew she had violated the law;

Hillary had lied, grossly, in multiple public statements.
