Why are Greatest Threads about the email report kept off the Home page?

I've noticed lately that threads like this or this somehow don't appear on the home page.

And due to their financial connections to the Clinton campaign, it's awfully embarrassing to have so many negative threads on the home page

Hillary looks bad 24/7.  Why should a few innocuous negative threads about her be disallowed?  Lots of Crazy Uncle Bernie supporters over there, who might fork over their lunch money to $kimmer.

You were exactly right. It was juried OFF the thread already.

Skins most likely can alert and fill enough jury positions to hide something at will so it doesn`t look heavy handed.

Well, it wasn't; it was true. 

That's really annoying that they put in that boilerplate each and every time a post is hidden.  What is the use of repeating the same thing every time?  As if you see a hidden post and wonder why, and that's supposed to be helpful.  Why don't they change it up?

Reason:  This guy is a real asshole
Reason:  This person is making liberals look like insane idiots
Reason:  This ****face is undermining our talking points
