I don't even think they are that dumb. The reason they keep jumping the gun on these shootings is because they are banking on the law of averages. Basically, they believe  they will eventually  be right when it comes to identifying a shooter one day. Remember, they only have to get one guess right.

Well I'll give the dude half a kudo, for being honest regarding his politics.

IMO - and I am speaking entirely speculatively - his 4th possibility is not very likely. I don't think "Random alienated youth, like Columbine" are capable of getting the sort of gear or do the degree of planning these 3 killers used and carried out. IMO, jihadis and drugs-related gang types are the most likely; "(m)ilitia types", IMO, are a much less likely possibility. Libs and Progs were hysterically crying wolf about militias, in the 90s and 00, but have been quieter the past several years between the threat not becoming actual, and with other, newer, bogeymen.

I, also, am content to wait for information to come out.

Yeah, I saw this earlier; the cousin was really playing up the fact that she had this doctor appointment.

But I don't think she would've gone to the scene even if she didn't have the appointment; after all, if she won't go to Ensenada, why would she go to San Bernardino?
