Well, let's see, here in America:
Women are able to go out in public with their faces uncovered.
Women are able to drive cars.
Women are able to vote.
Women are able to find jobs outside of the home.
Women and girls are able to go to school and even college without having to worry about nutjobs throwing acid in their faces or kidnapping them and selling them as sex- slaves.
Women in Muslim countries tend to be denied most if not all of those rights.
I'd say the fact that we give women those rights that they wouldn't have in other parts of the world is most definitely something to be proud of and feel superior about.
