Read some history, DUmb****s! It's obviousl what the founders intended. You want a different Constitution, write it and try to get it ratified. Never happen, but it would be fun to watch you go down in a hail of bullets flames. You want to feel empowered? Buy a gun & learn how to use it. Nothing gives you more confidence than knowing you can defend yourself. That's pursuit of happiness.
