So the business is a restaurant, let's say.

Based on their behavior, this restaurant would have overworked staff, dishes, silverware and cleaning/cooking equipment that is outdated and unsafe.

The employees would not have sick leave so when they are sick they will show up and make you sick.

The food wont be protected, refrigerated or preserved or handled in a smart and safe way, this con corp would care less about the quality of the food or the safety.

Someone else here can do a better job of illustrating this than I can, but you get the point.

BTW, it isnt a business, you dumb****s, it is the ONLY thing separating you and the misery corps have in store for you and your grandchildren you DUMB****S

Because it's government. That's why. Government does not make or sell a product or service for profit. If it did, we'd all be Soviet style communists. Is that what they want? That usually shuts 'em up.

One SIMPLE example:

In the State of California, circa 15 years ago, there was a 19-step process to procure anything bigger than a pencil.  Of those, 16 were found to be about compliance (tie the bid in a red ribbon for goodness' sake!) and Non Value Added.

The steps involved 5 people.  We used rethinking the process and technology to change it to a 3 step process (add 2 for approvals of very large procurements).  The net was we were able to reduce the workforce -- THROUGH ATTRITION -- by about 20%.

This is one tiny example of hundreds (thousands?) of processes that evolved rather than were designed. 

Sadly, that savings was just rolled up into bigger welfare benefits for illegals, but you get the idea.

Note: I have done similar things for local and federal government agencies.

Government CAN and SHOULD be run like a business.

Kinda queer,not really black randy thinks a restaurant could survive with poor service,terrible food,staff lounging around and charging many times more then the market rate for its product?
Yeah,he is that stupid.


If you lurk randy,I campaigned for you for DOTY last year as an unknown dark horse but you flamed ( :-)) out early and had to sit in the corner so got lost in the race to the finish line.
