I'll tell you the answer...none.

Kirk also ignored private messages sent to him here at CC offering him help or advice. His problem was he knew it all and had an excuse for every thing else. He did not want any help, he was happy being a professional leech. Heck he even waited until the last minute to apply for benefits and then complained it was taking too long. (I believe he waited until after his wife was laid off)

He never replied to my very sincere messages.

My comment that you quoted was directed to auntAgonistic, not anyone at CC. I complimented Carl for his OP and all those who responded before auntAgonistic. My advice to her was to back off and acknowledge the kind words.
