what are you doing or what have you done to "celebrate" valentine's day?
i went to the grocery store & it was a madhouse!

everyone else was there too. they had people showing you how to dip strawberries in chocolate. they had bacon dipped in chocolate! (no, i didn't try it)

several employees were chasing around the floral section like it was on fire

there were lots of pink & red iced cupcakes & such in the bakery

i bought bacon, milk, avocado, soup

came home, played with pooch, watched a movie, did laundry, dusted a couple things. came here to live vicariously through everyone else's plans.

so whatcha up to today?

6. i spent most of it with a cat in my lap

i internetted and a bit, just cracked a beer. husband got called back into work and i have no idea when he'll be home, not that we have anything special planned. i have to scoop the cat box, do some dishes and take a shower.

i should probably figure out something to make for dinner, too.

talk about tomatoes for an hour! Man, that guy knows a lot about tomatoes!

It was a lot of fun and I wish he had talked for another hour...really!

Mr. fizz lied to her about being called in to work. He spent Valentine's Day with his bicycle honey, the one who can juice an orange without using her hands.

And fizzy knows it.
