French DUmmy also in a desperate situation

WTF, homeless and broke and her first thought is to ask DU for help.

I am in a similar desperate situation as DUer Torch the Witch.

Well as you know I had to leave in a hurry my appartement in Saint Étienne. I am now in Strasbourg, North East France close to German border.
I have already called the emergency hiusing number here , the 115 and they told me to call later. And that they have no place.
So my luggage is in the station locker for a while. But I still dont know where to spend the commings night. I also had taken contact with local ressources wich are open tommorow.
I will be able to look at my future better only the next 6 March when my welfare income will be versed on account
I dont have any PayPal accounts a no CB since i lost it and still waiting the new. I can get cash only by going to La Poste wuth my cards lost attestation.
If someone can help or advise me that I would be deeply gratefull. Have a nice Sunday and Blessings to everyone.

Why does anyone go running to the DUmp to immediately post bad news or ask for help?

When my Dad passed away last year, I just disappeared from on-line sites for several days.  I did post a brief message on Facebook, here & CU about three days later.  Mostly on FB to let local folks know about the services.  And also because the news was spreading around...was getting texts & calls without telling anyone other than a close group of friends who helped console us immediately.  Amazing how word spreads, even in a suburb of 40k & metro area of 600k.

What about all the social services that Europe loves?  They're so great that nobody ever goes homeless and it's worth taking so many taxes out  on.  This obviously isn't real.

It'd be interesting to know how much money the Dummies actually lost to that scam.

A lot of reported donations were phony posts by the perpetrators to prime the pump, challenging gullible Dummies to match their generosity.

DUmmies lie all the time, so many, probably most, announced donations were simply false.

But still, some significant money was sent by abysmally stupid DUmpmonkeys to the accounts set up as part of the scam.

No one will ever know the actual amount or where it ultimately went.

Or maybe it's all still lost somewhere in the Johns Hopkins mailroom.

I found some expired lunchmeat in the back of the refrigerator. I'd be happy to mail it to the froglodyte, but I'm too cheap to send it airmail. How long would 3rd class post take to get to Strasbourg?
