WESTCHESTER (WABC) --
A mother in Westchester County who is charged in the death of her 8-year-old disabled daughter could get 1 million dollars from the child's trust fund - even if she is convicted.

Nicole Diggs, a New York City special education teacher and her husband, pleaded not guilty to charges of Negligent Homicide and Child Endangerment.

That is really ****ed up!  :mental:  :argh:

Grrrr.

I ran into some crap like this in an eastern state.  The parents, grandparents, whoever would get pissed when they'd find out their government bennies were cut off.  Worthless hides, they were.
