Man Charged For Having Pants Undone In Park

FORT PIERCE, Fla., Jul. 1, 2008

(AP) A 41-year-old man told police he was "just relaxing in the park" when they found him sitting in his car with his pants undone. Police patrolling the community park say they saw the man sitting in the driver's seat of his car with his pants open and a sock over his genitals.

According to a police report, the man told officers his pants were open because he was hot.

The man was charged Saturday with lewd or lascivious exhibition and cited for driving while his license was suspended. He was being held on a $50,000 bond.

Yeah, but in those cultures the average penis sock is the size of a baby bootie, not a gym sock.  Barely noticable - unless you're looking for that kind of thing - when you're driving.
