I managed a large retail operation and knew what was going down on every level of the operation.
Its called being ultimately responsible for everything which goes down. I hired people to keep me ****ing updated on everything, no matter how insignificant the matter might be..

"Everything starts on the top" is not a phrase to be taken lightly by any executive or manager of any business..

By this DUmmie thinking, and not too many disagree with him, Obama is fully responsible for the IRS targeting conservatives.  Obama is fully responsible for 4 American deaths in Benghazi. Obama is fully responsible for the NSA spying on Americans.

Obama should be impeached for the things he is responsible for.

DUmmies either don't read what they type, or cannot remember what they typed.  How many times have they made excuses for Obama, stating that he is too far above the trenches to know everything that goes on, and now they reverse themselves.

DWS was on CNN trying to say that Christie's 'scandal' was way worse than Obama's 'policy differences.'  I later told my wife that I lost 5 IQ points from hearing her say that, just because she's trying to defend the indefensible.
