This is a bad bouncy in every sense of the word.  California and their whacked out laws is the biggest reason I'd never become a landlord.  Ask anyone who has tried to evict someone what it takes to get someone tossed out.  MONTHS (years, even) to go through the process, with almost no chance of seeing any rent for that period, and the damages done can exact a HUGE toll.  The clown makes it sound like he was a couple days late on rent and is being tossed out on his ass for no legit reason.
