Not only was he arrested, he was locked up for eight hours, had a DNA sample taken, and his computer seized for three weeks. Why was he arrested for something so ridiculous? He offended Liberal Democrat Councillor Tim Jones, because at the time Phillips made the jokes, Mandela had fallen ill. What happened to free speech in Britain? It went by way of Sharia.

Neil Phillips made some very harmless Nelson Mandela jokes some months ago, that were hardly offensive. They weren’t even his jokes. He copied and pasted them.

In one online post, the 44-year-old wrote: ‘My PC takes so long to shut down I’ve decided to call it Nelson Mandela.’

Another read: “Free Mandela – switch the power off.”

PC run amok in Great Britain. This is what socialism leads to.  :mental:

True but for many years we in America have never met a rabid animal.  If we are unfortunate enough to meet one and we dispatch them with a 2x4 out comes Petra and the SPCA to  tell us we had no right.

Had a family with 3 kids outside playing in their back yard.   Here comes a BEAR and the kids father shot him before he could get to his kids,    The father was arrested and faced a big fine for killing the bear.

As far as the Muslims the only fear they have are their female children that their fathers or brothers may kill them for wearing nail polish or association with American students at school.

Strange life we live today, but as life goes on, we need to get use to it or run for the hills.

Couldn't have said it better myself Vesta.

On a lighter note, this really sucks.  I had hours of material on Nelson and Winnie I'll have to junk.
