HuffPost’s Gut-Wrenching Poverty Editorial a Hoax
« on: December 03, 2013, 06:24:19 PM »
This is typical DUmmie "handout" mentality.

The real kicker here, is she spread her poor me story on a website called gofundme.  It's a kind of "wishadoo" website. http://www.gofundme.com/59yrak

HuffPost’s Gut-Wrenching Poverty Editorial That Went Viral a Hoax

"But an investigation into Tirado’s background by the Houston Press’ Angelica Leicht revealed that the blog post’s author is a private-school-educated Democratic activist who wildly exaggerated her circumstances. She owns a home as the result of her parent’s generosity. She has worked in politics since 2004 and has called herself a private political consultant since 2010.

She’s married to a Marine, has met President [Barack] Obama while interning for a politician (who obviously wasn’t disgusted by those rotten teeth), and has plenty of time to visit Las Vegas on vacation. And blog about her privileged life on WordPress.

She speaks both German and Dutch, and has a well-rounded political blog that ended in 2011. It’s also a blog where she quite plainly references being paid to win races.

After being revealed as having greatly exaggerated her living standards, Tirado took to her GoFundMe blog to confess. National Review’s David French flagged her admission of guilt:"

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Dumb shits, I was not making a living wage when I met my Hubby, hanging on tooth and nail.

Together we found a mantra of "  all we need is to go to work, spend little and we will climb out of this hole."

WE did and found that if one wants or needs something working a second job or even a third was the best way to achieve success.

Just keep plugging away, we were not young with energy of youth, but at that time 23 years ago we were not old.

Priority's, priority's,  Pay the bills, screw that car payment buy second hand for cash and learn to fix it yourself.  We lived in a ghetto of sorts for 3 years, seldom ate out or went bar hopping or clubbing, just knuckled down to save.

Not all was so dreary, we saved all year our change and were able to amass enough to get a package on New Years Eve for a hotel room and entertainment.   Some highlights in our lives together never to be forgotten.

Sob story's about how poor one is just an excuse for not having the balls to stand up and take control of ones life.   Booze, tobacco and drugs is usually where the money goes, I hate it when I run into someone crying poor mouth that is spending $10.00 a day for smokes.  Or someone that that just has to spend 1/3 their paycheck  each week for Coke.

I guess I have been a tough old bird in my time, but I will be darned if I can have any sympathy for the youth that sit about and cry poor mouth while they booze it up, smoke cigarettes, do drugs and their kids get to eat cereal with water as they spent all the money on their fun and none is left over for a gallon of milk for their kids.

I have a flat tire-----my kids are hungry-----where's that little lizard, fun to pull the tails off them, they do grow back.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

Poor, dumb son of a bitch.

Well, at least the Marines still have it over the Navy with respect to the fact Nadin married a sailor, so at least the Corps doesn't have to bear the ultimate shame.

I like to know where the IRS stands in all of this.

I rowed over to the island to see if there was any hand-wringing over this fraud, and so far I hear only crickets.  But back when the fraudster first gained some traction, before being unmasked, there were a few threads.

8. Thank you fellow skepics (sic)

I was feeling so bad about myself because I really couldn't work up the sympathy for this woman as I thought a good progressive should. Now I know there are some of you just like me out there. The martinis, cigarettes and walking around the streets with $1000 in her pocket just didn't ring true to me. I felt she was making up excuses for everything that pulled her down and rejected any solutions. Her appearance and her apparent writing skills belied the words.

Looks like she is probably a scam artist after all.

Everybody else was a bleeding heart.  Dupes.
