I like privacy too. My grandmother had a beautiful home that was surrounded by tall shrubs and plants. You could sit out on the front porch and not see the street traffic. They also helped as a sound buffer.
Oh crap, we can no longer look into their bedroom, bathroom or living room----I wonder what they are doing in there they don't want anyone to see.
Last summer I wrote about a creepy family, the adult son would climb on his roof and targeted me sitting on my back porch sunbathing. The mans father came storming over to bitch me out for corrupting his "BOY" Only way the grown son could see me was to either climb a 40 foot tree or from the top of his roof.
One of our posters declared that I the victim of stalking was at fault for my actions, and I should not use my well concealed back porch to use as I wished.
Next door neighbor was a sheriff and ran a check on the family, interesting history, like father like son.
Everyone expects privacy, the reason we spend money on curtains or blinds. Reason we have a door to the bedroom and bathroom.
Totally odd and a bit creepy that anyone would complain about a neighbor who allows his trees to grow up to as they say conceal their home from prying eyes. Good grief, I hope the poster is a mole trying to stir the waters, if not, someone has a serious problem.
