For my childfree comrades here on DU, I'm sure you've heard all of these and more. I'm so glad I'm not of childbearing age anymore and don't have to hear this crap from complete strangers. My brother, sister, and I, all remained childfree and no regrets


I'm sure the world is a better place without your spawn running around, anyway. THEY certainly would have been worse off. Kids don't do well under the mentally ill.

A long time ago I trolled the DU over a coffee shop's policy banning children.  When challenged as ageists (and racists, cause it's always fun to call them that) the response was "oh, but this is totally different because it bothers meeeee."  Nevermind that their whole argument was the exact same as any business wanting to ban blacks, asians, hispanics, you name it. It was a lovely campfire where one poster even hoped to expose his nuts to my theoretical children if he happened to sit next to them on a plane.
