The Democrats passed this on Christmas Eve. Not one Republican voted for it.
The Democrats paraded around with a giant gavel, gloating.
The Democrats knew the website, the centerpiece of Obama's "signature program", was not ready.
The Democrats refused to delay.
The Democrats called Republicans "terrorists", said they where "strapping bombs on their chest", called Republicans "racists", and many other vile insults too numerous to recount, called TEA party anarchists.
The Democrats insisted on implementing PPACA knowing that it was not ready. They held hostage funding of the government, shutting down the government until they got their way.
The Democrats engaged in the most petty and spiteful actions to make the shutdown "painful". They erected fences around open-space public monuments. They threatened Veterans with arrest. They blocked roadside viewing posts at Mt. Rushmore. They closed hundreds of square miles of ocean costing commercial fisherman tens of millions of dollars. The even went so far as to remove handles from water fountains/pumps at the parks.
Now that their program has failed they want Republican help to delay the program and its mandates.
After their obnoxious, insulting, insane rhetoric, they now have the audacity to ask for what they condemned in the harshest ways imaginable?
If their program is a burden to them they have no one to blame but themselves. It is solely their own fault. Democrats made their ball and chain.
Pick it up and walk the plank. You earned it. You begged for it. You insisted upon it. Well you got it. Now walk !!!
