Obama needs to challenge whether the House really represents America because of gerrymandering

This can be used as a teaching moment about how democracy is under attack by gerrymandering. Explain the how the Demcorats got more voters in total for house members and display the ridiculous ways the various districts are drawn and make the case for changing how districts are drawn. Starting this battle now would also deny the legitimacy of the house Republicans in the public's mind.

Hmmm, Republicans have been gerrymandering districts...

That blowout in 2010 really was bad for the donks.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

One problem with gerrymandered districts is that when someone goes way out of whack, the delicate balance in districts can change overnight and actually become more in play.
