Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims: Time-Travel Adventures with Exceptional Americans by Rush Limbaugh is the amazon.com #1 best seller and it doesn't even come out for another month and a half.  From amazon:
Quote
Nationally syndicated radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh has long wanted to make American history come to life for the children of his listeners, so he created the character of a fearless middle-school history teacher named Rush Revere, who travels back in time and experiences American history as it happens, in adventures with exceptional Americans. In this book, he is transported back to the deck of the Mayflower.

No head? No Heart? No problem! Please come PROVIDE A READING FROM Rush Limbaugh's tome!!!

Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims, Chapter One, page 1.:

Rush Revere had been raised on The Bible and clean laundry. He never tried to stick his foot in his mouth, and he didn't tickle other boys. One bright morning at the groaning table, Rush asked his dimpled mother, "Why do the other kids make fun of me all the time?"

Mrs. Revere looked kindly down at her son and said, "Because they're jealous of you always being right."

Cute, chunky Rush then asked, "May I please have some more corporal punishment? . . . Please??"

Mrs. Revere slowly spread he hands over her wide belly beneath the apron and replied, "Finish your breakfast first dear. There's three platefuls of sausage left and two dozen hardboiled eggs, beside the tub of oatmeal. . . . Your father will be down soon."

Plump as Puddin' Rush was overjoyed. "Maybe he'll use the heft-mallet this time!"

Chuckling, Mrs. Revere quipped, "You can never tell, dear."

1. Holy shit, I thought this was a joke.

http://tv.msnbc.com/2013/09/06/rush-limbaugh-pens-childrens-book-about-first-thanksgiving/

Conservative radio star Rush Limbaugh’s new children’s book, due out this fall, tells that classic elementary school lesson of America’s founders–led by a new character: “Rush Revere.”

snip...

Limbaugh added that Rush Revere focuses on the “miraculous story, the blessings of God and any number of other things that led to the founding of this country,” and is intended for all ages.

“Twenty-four-year-old women who are afraid of me will be able to read this book to one of their kids someday, when they have them, without fear,” he said.

In the story, Rush Revere and his talking horse Liberty travel to the deck of the Mayflower and learn about the role the pilgrims played in America’s founding.

snip...

Limbaugh said the book, which will also be released in eBook and audio book formats, aims to teach children what isn’t being taught in school. ”There’s not a political agenda. This is just the truth. This is just history.”

Let’s just hope Limbaugh’s telling of history won’t be anything like Rep. Steve King’s retelling of Western civilization on the House floor in July.

2. Chapter 2, p. 5, 3rd full paragraph:

"So the teacher," Rush said, his cheeks bubbling about his jowls, "told me I would have to be punished for that. And I said, 'Oh, boy!' and I was stripped to the nub, bald as a nut the next second. . . . But he didn't know what I meant. . . . He made me put all my clothes back on and stand in the corner all afternoon. . . . Well, Dad, I wondered, 'just what is this country coming to if they call that punishment."

Mr. Revere, flexing his fists beneath tight gloves, replied, "Get over here, wad, and bring the grafter-hook!"
One stupid cut and paste reply, not counting skip fox replying to his own stupid OP with more of the same stupid gibberish--that is the best the DUmmies can come up with.

The skip fox primitive has some major mental issues. All he can do are posts that state "Caption This." That's his extent of being able to communicate. Sorta like that ralf primitive and her "Mike Malloy" threads. Simpleminded, at best.

They are just mad because George Washington demanding free health care for all was left out of the book.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

If it doesn't start out with a fanged Christopher Columbus raping vast hordes of unicorn-riding Original Peoples under the rainbow skies of pre-white-man America, it just ain't real history.

Says a little something when the very fast group of people in the internet use bad day jokes.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims:

I would like to see the DUmmies reaction to the part where the pilgrims try socialism and "spreading the wealth".

To make a long story short, it didn't work.  So everybody tried capitalism, and guess what?  It worked.  Everyone was happy, except the lazy butts that didn't want to work in the first place.

That skip fox DUmmie is one strange dude.  He posts "caption this" threads every day, they always have very strange, nonsensical headings. Apparently he is an actual professor at University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Wonder what skip has had even published.

Between Rush and The Great One, they really have their panties in a wad.

I didn't read all of Skip's gibberish up there; in fact I read none of it.  All of those stupid "caption this" threads.  He rarely gets replies.  And if he does, I never read them, because it takes a tremendous amount of clever wit to make a good caption, like an Iowahawk, say.  The DUmmies' captions would be excrutiatingly embarrassing.
