Last I heard, Canadians call Windsor the "Armpit of Canada" and I'm sure they'd LOVE for the US to annex Windsor and take it off their hands. All DUmmies think about is how much stuff cities get from the other people, but have no concept of said stuff is paid for in the first place.

Exactly. The DUmmy says that they get more money from the province than American cities get from the state - pardon my French but bollocks - they all get their money from exactly the same place - the tax-payer.
