Fascism
1- : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition (via the IRS)
2- : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control
Fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer (quote from Sheldon Richman at
Library of Economics and Liberty.). A Fascist government controls business production, wages, and costs for "the common good", which is never common nor good.
King Hussein wants to redefine "liberty" to a collectivist idea, and the phrase "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" is the subtext of every speech he makes.
He is a doctrinaire Marxist. He seeks to punish wealth creators and reward wealth takers.
He is a Socialist. He wants to control the economy by "picking winners" in business, and using the power of the government to destroy competitors.
He is a Fascist.
