That place has turned into a haven for foul-mouthed intolerant, abusive pricks. I was banned for mildly criticizing a couple of the more rabid Obama supporters for their blind worship of him and their insane hatred of Sen. Clinton. I'm not a big Hillary fan but those people have mostly gone shithouse-rat nuts. (I was a member for 5 years and a regular if not huge contributor...sheesh)

What's amazing, Karl, is that even though I think Obama is the best choice here, and that Hillary is utterly unelectable (though with McSame as the opposition, she would come close; Anybody would,) I can't defend some of the Hillary hating vitriol I have read.
I don't like the stuff she's been doing at all though. I think I see a lot of classless Obama-hating on HER part, and I can't defend that, either.

I went over there to see how they were doing their ad insertions these days as I really need to start doing that on White Rose (its not making its $1000 a month costs these days) and I looked at some of the Hillary & Obama topics.
Just wow.

I, too, was just hit over the head by that brigade today and the hypocrisy there seems to know no boundary's anymore. DU changes the rules but they don't notify anybody and the coddling of a certain group is going getting beyond ridiculous, imho. Why I've been hanging out there is a mystery to me. I must be a glutton for punishment. I have to delete them before I lose my mind.

I had the same thing happen because I didn't are to see Brokeback Mountain. I just don't like romantic movies. *shrug* I also challenged their b.s. that the movie didn't win because the people who voted were homophobic. I said how maybe they just didn't like the movie.
