Hillary Clinton paid a heavy price for presidential run

Hillary Clinton could need calming down if she thinks about what her campaign budget could have bought.

Eighteen million votes: $212 million. Some 1,926 delegates: $109,823 a pop. Blowing the biggest head start in presidential history: priceless.

From anointed to also-ran, Hillary Clinton spent more money to lose a primary election than any candidate in Democratic Party history.

"The Clinton campaign found itself without adequate money at the beginning of 2008," chief strategist Mark Penn wrote in a published Op-Ed yesterday - but it was enough of a cash stash to fund the causes she championed.

The money raised could have been better spent.

The rest of the article is silly, but I like these stats they provided.

ya know.. Hilary didnt have to shell out any info to the public about her health like the men always do. I was just thinking about that today.

No pap smear info, no mammogram x rays to trot out.. no height and weight discussions. I'm not exactly sure how being elected to one seat, while running for two years for another - and not doing the first job at all, is all that 'rough'.

Put me on a bus or private plane and make my meals and bed for me everyday. Do my hair and makeup and I just spout Marxist bullshit all day?

Yeah, THAT seems tough as hell compared to my regular day without a maid/cook/assistant/makeup artist and speech writer.  :whatever:

Goofy article, but I think it was supposed to be.  The one I liked was that she could have provided universal inoculation for everyone in NY.

She is out a lot of her own personal cash on this, I understand.   That is worth a lot.

What exactly is it worth in your opinion?
