Please note that this post is meant as satire and does not call for the shooting of anyone. The poster is a pacifist pussifist and wishes ill on no to every one.

Fixxed it for DUmmie

My main carry doesn't have a traditional 'safety'.  It has a loaded chamber indicator (a peep hole so I can see that a round has been chambered), and a passive trigger safety.  All I have to do is pull the trigger with my finger, and the gun fires.

Does that bother you, primitive?  Will that keep you up at night, wringing your hands together in angst?  Will that cause you to drown in a puddle of your own flop sweat?  I hope it does.

Sounds like my step-son's Ruger.

My S&W doesn't have that feature, so I just make sure it's always pointed in the direction I want it to be pointed in.   :-)

I have a M&P.

Although, I have heard the primitive-specific S&W 180D also lacks the peephole feature, but instead utilizes a hole at the end of the barrel and trigger for such purposes.  I think it's called the E-Z View.  You primitives should check that feature out.

It is just one of the many ridiculous requirements Massachusetts has that applies to all handguns sold there. Others included in the list below.

Performance Test , Limits of Accuracy Test , Metallurgical Test, Drop Test, 10 lb Trigger Pull, Hidden Serial Number ,Loaded Round Indicator or Magazine Disconnect, Detailed Safety Briefing and Disclosures ,approved Lock (from Dealer) .

This is just a few of the reasons many manufactures do not sell in Mass, I have been told that the cost for these tests is approx $50,000 not including the multiple guns in each configuration (eg. Stainless, rail,no rail etc.) that are needed to perform the testing on with a few of the tests being destructive.

107. I see the pix of them in public with their guns, and in practically all of them, I see easy ways to take their guns away from them- guns carried in quick draw hip holsters, rifles slung over the back with a nylon strap, not paying attention at all to who is around them. The majority of them, all it would take would be two people, no hitting or violence involved, just one for distraction and the other to grab the gun. The majority of the gun nuts think that merely carrying a gun will protect them from assault. No, dude, you're just inviting it, when a thug sizes you up and sees you as an easy target. If it wasn't for the danger of it, I would love to see a few lefties sneak up on one of the gun nuts and take their gun away from them, slap a peace sticker on their foreheads, dis- assemble the gun and hand it back to them in pieces, just to prove the point.

The problem with the DUmmy's plan is they may think the person carrying isn't paying attention, but I know from my personal experience, when carrying you are always aware of your surroundings.  You just don't show it.  The other problem is, if you reach for my weapon, it will be taken as a hostile threat and appropriate action will be taken.

Likely to play out as a future obstacle to gun ownership for anyone with a PTSD diagnosis given the current climate and the direction gun control is taking.  Though I think PTSD is massively over-diagnosed to explain people just being assholes instead of breaking the hard truth to them and their families, or from them trying to get on disability programs of one kind or another.

It's becoming the ADD/ADHD of the military set.

ADD/ADHD is over diagnosed in schools as a way to jsut shut kids up and make them drones.

I think docs...because they are swamped right now are doing the same thing with PTSD like you said.

And then there are the fakers just wanting to get high.

And thats making it damn difficult for those with legit issues to be taken seriously when/if they come forward for help.
