By definition, if you have gun control laws, the law-abiding will be the only people that don’t have guns. In fact, the most stringent gun control laws in the country today are DC and New York and they’ve got the highest crime rates with guns. Doesn’t that tell them something? So it must be something not to do with guns. It’s gotta be about something totally different than gun control.

CALLER: I think it does. It’s just terrible that 26 people died in Sandy Hook and 20 of them were children. Terrible. Very sad, coming up to Christmas. Hopes and dreams the young children had, their parents and weddings and congratulations that will never occur. However, on any given day in America, more than 3,000 children are killed from abortion, and we have no problems with that. We’re okay with that; it’s not an issue.

You can’t spend 40 years telling people and telling children that if I make a mistake — if something comes up and this child that I don’t want is in the way of my future and the way of me graduating high school, is in the way of me going to college, is the way of me being happy, is in the way of whatever I want out of life — then it’s okay for me to kill the baby. But later on when I become a disgruntled employee, when I become an unhappy student at school because children are bullying me, then I want to eliminate them to get them out of the way? It’s the same concept.

RUSH: Well, it’s a good point. You know how to stop abortion? Require that each one occur with a gun.

I have no idea whether the callers numbers are correct or not.
I have no inclination to find out because it would still piss me off.
Just once, I'd like to see a DUmpmonkey come in here and tell us what the difference is.

Liberals slaughter millions of children every year to make a political statement.

They use the corpses of children to impose gun laws on weapons that were not used.

Liberals don't grieve over dead children, they delight in dead children. The more children die the more political power liberals claim for themselves.

The DUmmy didn't even touch on the good stuff.

Rush wondered what would happen if the next Republican President held a press conference, surrounded by kids who wrote him a letter thanking him for letting them be born. He talked about the next President issuing a executive order outlawing abortion. He mentioned that abortion wasn't a Constitutional right.

I'd wager that this gets brought up for the 16 elections. DUmmies will morph it as a suggestion from Rush to the next Republican candidate instead of just a supposition that was mocking obama and his human shield of kids.

How about applying the same "common sense" regulations to abortion as to gun ownership.

1. A background check. If a serial aborter you get sterilized.
2. A 10 day cooling down period.
3. Require a test and license fee to get an abortion.

Of course that is totally against the Constitution according to the sub 80 IQers that constitute the majority of the democrat party members.
