In New York charity hospital emergency rooms, Bloomberg will limit treatment to an aspirin and an 8-ounce soft drink.

It won't affect normal people.

I see.  I just read an article on it. 

One more reason to not 1) depend on government for your every movement, and 2) go to NYC.
