American Tax Payer Relief Act... OHREALY?
« on: January 02, 2013, 05:02:31 PM »
How the hell is this called the American Tax Payer Relief Act when everyone's taxes go up?

Make $50,000 your taxes go up but $1,000.

So what happened to the AMT?

I think they finally permanently attached it to inflation.

Yes they did, but that doesn't affect the payroll tax.  If you make $50,000 your going to pay $1000.

Also this bill added  74 Billion in spending.  Just saw that on CBS... so it's probably more.

That tax increase is sure going to help the deficit.
