its a campaign going on from coast to coast.

Here we thought jihad was an excuse to kill unarmed people. But no its just a struggle to meet a challenge.

Technically the term jihad can refer to a struggle to meet a challenge.  In practice, jihad is the term for war.  There can be no peace with Muslims.  Blood flows wherever Muslim culture borders another.
