2. for doing his job and not being a partisian prick for a couple of days?

Um, no, he has citizens suffering and dying, he should be doing his job. Congrats for doing his job? nah.

But we all should praise 0bama for doing his job. No double standard there.  :whatever:

7. It's two people who are putting partisan politics aside to help out a state that is hurt badly

Some dems say it's just Christie clearing the way to run in 2016. Some GOPers are saying it's Obama showing he works well with republicans.

But I've seen alot of photos of the coast of New Jersey and Sandy shredded it to pieces. This isn't the time and place to play partisan politics and those that do should hang their head in shame.

I actually agree with that last statement.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Word on the street is Cuomo and Bloomberg were playing politics and said no to Obama, seems Andrew is ticked that Clinton refused to let him speak at the DNC Convention.

Honestly if I was a governor or a mayor, the last thing I would want is the President, no matter who he is, coming in and making things worse by having to provide security and all the crap that happens when they come to town.

The DUmp bashed Bush for flying over the damage of Katrina, yet he did what was right, he stayed out allowing the folks there to do what they had to do, he knew they didn't have time for all the nonsense associated with a presidential visit.

He needs to say, sooner rather than later, "I appreciate the President's assistance with recovery from this hurricane. However, I believe that any President, indeed any reasonable person, would have acted in the same fashion. One week of President Obama doing his job does not make up for almost 4 years of failed policies. I still wholeheartedly endorse Mitt Romney."

Meh . . . his "hardball" is pretty limp-wristed if you ask me.  :gay2:

I was thinking about how he ignored the BP spill, and the floods in Tennessee and other disasters, then ignoring the Republican led border states when they asked for help, suing states over immigration laws and election laws then trying to block SC from building a non-union company.

It seems like his ire is directed at R led states
