I survived Sandy!

Ask me anything! :-)

In truth, we only got high winds and a ton of rain. Some neighbors have water damage and some tree saplings up and down the street probably won't make it. We only lost power a few times and never for more than a few minutes.

I didn't get to shoot any zombies
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Loss power for less than a day (lost it last night, got it back around 1ish this afternoon).    Our friends in RI, NYC and LI were not as fortunate.   NJ is a total mess.

It's going to be a long rebuilding process for LI and NJ.

Nope....God did.

Obama is just taking the credit.

I'm OK too.  Didn't lose power although many in NJ did.  Lost a tree but it fell away from the house -- just have to chop it up.

Do we know if everyone has checked in and all are safe?

Don't we have people in West (BY GOD) Virginia? And I think we have a Baltimorean.

If we put a map up like I suggested...
