5. Get a 2 pound bag of sugar

put most of it in a jar, cause you don't want to waste it, and just spill a bit of it on the ground underneath the assholes gas cap, like it spilled while you were doing something nefarious.

Then crumple up the empty bag and toss it on the ground.

Watch with a bunch of cold beer as the jackass freaks out about what "happened".

I've seen one pound boxes and five pound bags, but, this is the first I've heard of a 2 pound bag of sugar.

Maybe it's a regional thing; ever since I've lived up here on the eastern slope of the Sandhills, I've had a two-pound paper bag of sugar in the refrigerator.  It's about two-thirds full yet.....even though it's a whooping eleven years old.
