Navy SEAL interview on 60 Minutes
« on: September 10, 2012, 10:24:37 AM »
Anyone watch the 60 Minutes interview with the Navy SEAL that wrote the book?  Mark Owens?

They said he spent 4 hours in makeup to hide his features and also used voice editing to disguise his voice.  It was a pretty good interview.  I kept thinking he looked weird but didn't want to say that  :p

I saw maybe half of it.....Scottie Paltrow with the DUmb questions got to be more than I could handle.

I did like the way the seal made it seem like just another day at the office. :-)

It was just another day at the office for a Seal, they had done the rehearsal a dozen times in a full scale mock up and knew every foot of the place before hand.   My favorite photo was of the Seals escaping and one had the dog in his arms. Sort of a no Seal left behind human or dog.

This Photo hit me very hard as to the difference in us and the enemy.   The most civilized country's are the dog lovers, those that recognise that God sent the dog to become a partner to us humans.---------The Muslims that hate dogs are going against the natural theme of things.   This could become one of the many things that will become their down fall.

I do hope that dog gets a metal and a big beef bone, gets a war field advancement on his rate-----Perhaps become a Chief  an E8.

That Photo is the one I will remember the most,  the Seal bringing out to safety his partner.
