Did a canvas for McCaskill this week.
I haven't seen the data yet so I can't report the results. But my small portion of it was interesting. Most of the people we canvassed weren't home. Of the ones we talked to, there was not overwhelming support for Claire. You'd think with Akin's stupid comments and the attempts by the GOP to force him to step down, Claire would be way ahead. But we talked to quite a few people who are undecided. A couple were solid for Akin and a few more were solid for Claire. One guy said he's definitely voting for Claire, but he's also sure Obama is a Muslim.

It just blows my mind. I wanted to ask these undecideds if they had a daughter or a wife.

We have a lot of work to do between now and November. If you can help, do some canvassing. All of our Democrats are going to need help, especially in purple states like Missouri.

Anne Pritchett is a Kansas resident. Shouldn't she be supporting Kansas candidates, instead of sticking her long nose into Missouri politics?

The other four Democrats in Kansas are going to have to shoulder her load.

Okay Kansas, here's the ****ing deal.  Everyone loves you because you gave us that girl who runs around with scarecrows and lions.  Because of that, we tolerated it when you unleashed that inbred Phelps family on us, but a country can only take so much.  If you let that bitch outside of your borders again, we're going to have to take action...

Shouldn't Ann P. be back in school?  Or did she finally retire as threatened?  Ann stopped talking about KCMISD after it was almost taken over by the state ahead of schedule.

They probable were at work. Decent and civilized people support themselves.  Not everyone gets three months off during the summer months.

As to the DUmmies not answering the door, if it was before three PM, they were still in bed.
