There is a difference DUmmy, Biden was using chains in order to have people think that the Republicans are racists and want to put the Black community back into slavery, Palin was saying how the government wants to enslave all of us, blacks, whites, Asians, and any other race that happens to be here. Once again history repeats itself. The Dems want slavery and the Republicans want people to be free.
