He only won the primary.  If he wins the election, that will be a great show of force for the Tea Party.  As far as defeat and taste and stuff like that, the GOP establishment is the one with the sour taste in the mouth.  I couldn't be happier.  Palin beats Perry on his home floor.  Giddy up.

I am confident he will win this election.

Right at a million or so voted for either Cruz or Dewhurst. A quarter of that number voted in the Democratic runoff.
If that's indicitive of how November will be, Cruz has it in the Chik-Fil-A bag.

The Chances of Texas,  in a statewide election,  to send a Dem to the senate is slim to none. Should be a cake walk for Cruz.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

The bestest "I Voted" sticker I ever got.
Funny thing is, it was from a guy sitting at the Democrat voter table.
Guess I won't have to write in "Ted Cruz", during the general election.  :yahoo:
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

For now, yes.

In the longer term, the democrat party is packing millions more Mexicans into the border states.

Anyone who objects is a racist.

In a few years, AZ, TX, FL will be tossups.

I, like millions of others, have no official affiliation with any Tea Party.  I do, however, believe 100% in the cause.

There is no "official affiliation".  If you believe sufficiently in the cause-- IMHO, 66-80% or better-- you're a Tea Party Leader.  Kinda like the "I am Spartacus" scene.
