I think the more badly Obama does in the General election (And I think he is going to do a lot better than you guys do) the worse it is for her.  "She lost to THAT?!"

I am hoping that Obama lays the Clinton ghost for good.  I really don't see how she can recover from this.

I do see the Clintons sabotaging Obama for just the reason you mention.  If she can recover, she needs to do it in the next four years.  But the clintons have done that stunt once too often, and it will bit them if they try it again.

i heard a caller on talk radio saying it this way: Hilary will be pried away and Obama will lose the GE. then she can step back and say, "not my fault - you people abandoned me but we will take it back when I run in 2012 and you'd better support me this time!"

its kind of a win win for her, even if she loses this time.

if Obama loses, and i think he will in the GE by a pretty big amount - he wont be back to run again. he will still be a big deal in Chicago, but thats it.. he has no national appeal whatsoever, and his scary socialist policies are not for mainstream America.
