Si, se puede!

Now they don't even have to cross the border to get some of that gringo largesse. :whatever:

Democrats buying more votes.....corrot.... stick.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

[sarcasm] This is a great thing because now instead of giving them food stamps and welfare after they come here illegally, they will already have them. That saves us a lot of paper work. [/sarcasm]

This will be reversed when Romney gets in there. At least I hope it is anyhow. We shouldn't give Mexico squat. What do they do for us? We give them our jobs, and now we are giving them our food stamps and welfare. barry truly is the worst President since Jimmy Carter.

Apparently this deal goes back to 2002.  The Mexican Embassy and Consulates are authorized to give Mexican nationals in the U.S. information on how to apply for food stamps.

Are you telling me that Bush started this? Then this will be two things that he did that I do not agree with.

I have to wonder if this is something Obama is blaming on President Bush, much the same way the left blames President Bush for Fast and Furious .

President Bush tried or did something similar and then Obama expands and runs with it but blames President Bush when people find out.

Yes.

I was listening to the 13 July podcast of Mark Levin at the gym today and he was talking to Sen. Jeff Sessions.  This agreement was started by Ann Veneman and the Mexican Foreign Secretary.

He found this while trying to get to the bottom of the USDA advertising the food stamp program on Mexican soap operas.  Secretary Veneman stripped out the provision in the food stamp legislation that stated you had to be a U.S. citizen to receive aid.

He also says that the Obama administration is refusing to release any documents detailing when they started their advertisements or if they're even legal.
