I say we put a cage over a place like California with only one door to it. Make several lines of cheetoes leading to there from every state. At the door would be their prise. Bags of coke, pot, methamphetamines, ludes, other assorted pills, hash, LSD, PCP, etc. Use Google Earth to make certain the line ends at a point. When they're all in there, lock the door secure with padlocks, and electronic locks, and watch the fun progress via the many, many cameras placed around the cage. It's like "The Condemned. Only nobody will be walking out a winner.
From there, after every progressive in the US of A is dead, watch our country prosper.

I'd say we take off now and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
