It is hard to imagine that residents of Florida, the Gulf Coast, and/or the entire East Coast of the US do not watch weather reports during hurricane season.  But there are DUmmies who must think that we don't.  Here is an OP from Tuesday (the 19th) that tells us to watch out, but there's little danger.

I'm hitting the gulf coast in July. 

Who should I consult on the weather conditions, nads or NOAA?  Or is NOAA just an acronym beginning with 'nads'?   

Anyhow, I'm wringing my hands over this one.  What to do, what to do.   :confused:

We are doomed!  A TS approaching either FL, or LA, or TX, or AL and none of the DUmmies have told us what preparations to make.  What will we do!  Where will we go!  Gnads and Mallays have abandoned us.
