Limbaugh: ‘Everybody knows Munro was heckling Obama’s white half’

Rush Limbaugh on Monday defended The Daily Caller’s Neil Munro for interrupting President Barack Obama at a press conference last week, and brushed away accusations of racism against the reporter by saying, “Everybody knows that Munro was heckling Obama’s white half.”

Munro has been criticized for shouting a question during the president’s recent Rose Garden remarks on the administration’s new immigration policy — criticism that, Limbaugh argues, is unwarranted.

“They want this guy censored. They want him thrown in jail for not showing proper respect to the king,” the conservative radio host said, according to a transcript of his show. “Anybody ever heard the name Sam Donaldson? Oh, for crying out loud, what do you think Sam Donaldson did to Reagan all during the 80’s? … Rather did it to Nixon. I mean this is common. This is what journalists are supposed to do out there.”

I can find nothing, anywhere, at any time about Donaldson ever heckling Reagan. Asking hardass questions, yes. Interrupting his speeches or his answers, never once.

I'm not even going to touch that "white half" nonsense because I haven't eaten yet and don't have the vomit for it.

The other difference is, Reagan didn't cry like a bitch when people were mean to him.

And yet there are at least two AP articles from 1987 talking about it.

And Rush played audio of Donaldson trying to shout questions first at the President...then the First Lady as she wheeled out a birthday cake after the presser was over.

Sam wanted to know if she thought President Reagan was too old to run again...to which nancy gracefully replied "would you like a piece of cake Sam?"
