Florida Governor Rick Scott was on Cavuto today saying that the State of Florida filed a lawsuit against The Department of Homeland Security and DOJ today over voter rights. From what he said the Department of Homeland Security is not giving up a database of legal and non-legal residents. Him purging the database is a legal step to keep non-citizens from voting. The ACLU and DOJ have filed a lawsuit against Florida over it. (They need those illegal votes to get Obama elected)

I am sure Holder will get to it as soon as he is done figuring out where to hide the info for Fast and Furious.

Holder is a clown. He is without a doubt, the worst AG we have ever had.

He's also stuck with burying all that security leak evidence.  And, they finally pried the contempt of Congress citation out of Bohnier's fingers.  Busy boy - sucks to be him.
