Duvet Quilts?

I love Quilts, but I also have an awesome comforter that is a horrible color but I currently have 3 Duvet Covers for it, but I'd love to get a Duvet Cover that's a Quilt, I've googled and can't find anything at all, does something like this exist?

OMG! no way would I take on that task, it sounds great because I could make it the way I want, but the time involved in it.

You know who has awesome, awesome duvets?  Hampton Inn.  Oh my God, it's like curling up inside a cloud.

They're all white, so it might not be what you're looking for, but I just love them.
