Never, NEVER, NEVER, EVER stop attacking them, and never compromise with them on ANYTHING!!!!  Remember, if you don't keep them under your boot, they will be in your face.  And I don't care how "fascist" that sounds, believe me, the left wouldn't hesitate one second to do the same to the right!

They haven't given up on a total private ownership of guns. They know the timing is not right. When they think it is, they'll call for a ban.

They won't give up on any issue.

If your ideas were such a huge success then Air America would still be on the airwaves and Rush and Beck,Boortz and Hannity wouldn't be. Face it the only way your side will stop Conservative talk radio is to force your views to be heard and no one elses.

The fact is the Obama administration should just enact its Executive Branch powers under the US Constitution and tax the radio stations out of existence, in much the same way he has bankrupted new coal mining startups. THAT would be the first immediate effect, and can be done virtually overnight.

Actually, in terms of voices on the media, I'd say we're more or less even. Conservatives control talk radio with the exception of NPR, and liberals control TV news networks with the exception of Fox News.

The liberals have also lost the almost universal advantage they had on the internet.

Back in the early 90's, when the WWW was young, it was dominated almost entirely by college kids on university accounts ( my first 'browser' was Lynx, connected to what little web there was via a Vax account ) - at that point, what wasn't military based was liberal. Unfortunately for the liberals, the internet is accessible by everyone, including those they would like to silence.
