Has Clarence Thomas Recused himself from the

Affordable Health Care Act hearings?

Has kagen?

IIRC Kagen actually worked on Obamcare before Barry put her on the SC, convenient if you ask me.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I wouldn't make waves with this one. Elena Kagan was Solicitor-General in helping put together the health care bill, and was instrumental in getting many of its tenets palatable enough so even the blue dog scumsuckers had no choice but to vote for this fantastic bill. I'd very careful approaching this, as we need Kagan's vote, and unfortunately it could be argued that she has greater reason for recusal than Thomas. Of course, I don't recognize the republican Party or its criminal offender/politicians and justices, but unfortunately until we ban the GOP, we have to play the cards as they are dealt.

That's even more brilliant; deflect suspicion by bringing it out in the open. Somebody has read Sun Tzu.

BantheGOP is the bestest mole evah! Steve Dawes could learn a thing from Super Mole.
